The Director of Engineering will lead the advanced power product development group in the heart of Orange County, California.
You will the lead the global R&D teams, located across 3 sites, who are responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating electronic circuits for next generation power management systems.
You will have overall responsibility for the design of products from concept to manufacture, evaluating team performance and reporting results to the senior management team.
It goes without saying that the ideal person will be self-motivated and will be able to take initiative and drive activity but they must also understand business strategies and have a high level of understanding for the business flow.
In addition, experience working with power conversion principles, topologies and soft switching techniques and technologies would be beneficial.
