The Information We Collect and Why We Use It
Octagon Recruitment Group Ltd may collect your personal details, including but not limited to your name and contact details (together with your e-mail address) and other relevant information from your CV. This information is stored and processed by us as follows:

- In order for us to find the most suitable job vacancies for you and to submit your details to clients to apply for jobs

How we share your Personal Information

We will disclose your personal information to clients who have vacancies for jobs in which you are interested.

Curriculum vitae (“CV”)
You have the option of providing us with your CV to either apply for a specific job or for consideration by our recruitment consultants for potential positions as they come up. Your CV will be stored in the Octagon Recruitment Group Ltd database and will be accessible by Octagon Recruitment Group Ltd employees only. You can update your CV at any time, simply by following the same procedure to submit a new CV.
Who will you share my personal data with?
In order for us to deliver our services to you, we may share your information with any member of the Octagon Recruitment Group Ltd, and other trusted third parties. On occasion we may be required to supply personal information to a regulatory body or law enforcement agency.
How long will you keep my personal data for?
We will store your data for a minimum of 3 years unless you submit a request for removal. In some instances we may be required to retain your personal information for up to 6 years for legal purposes for example, VAT purposes. We conduct regular cleansing of our database and updating processes to ensure the information we hold is relevant and accurate.
Your rights on Information we hold about you
You have certain rights in relation to personal information we hold about you. We will require proof of your identity before we are able to action a request that you submit.
